Disc Jam est un jeu indépendant de sport, jouable en solo ou en multi, reprenant le principe du célèbre Windjammers mais en 3D. Les joueurs s'affrontent en s'envoyant un frisbee comme dans un match de tennis. Il est possible de réaliser des attaques spéciales pour maximiser ses chances de marquer.
